Terms of Service and Conditions of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service regulate the legal relationship between Rolpa Bilişim Pazarlama Yönetim Sistemleri (referred to as "Rolpa Bilişim" or the "Company") on one side, and the user / player (referred to as the "User") benefiting from the Site/game services on the other.

• By visiting the Site, downloading the game, or playing Battlestrike Mobile, the User agrees to be bound by this text.
• The Terms of Service cover the Site, game, in-game virtual products, in-game store, membership/account transactions, and support channels.
• In-game purchases are carried out exclusively through official mobile application stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Direct payments are not accepted through the battlestrike.co website.
• Specific contract texts such as the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Conditions also apply during digital product purchase processes.

2. Account, Membership, and Age Limit

• Battlestrike Mobile is primarily an entertainment-oriented mobile game. You may be required to create a user account or authenticate via your device to use the game.
• Users under the age of 18 are required to perform all transactions, including in-game purchases, with the knowledge and consent of their parents/guardians. Legal responsibility rests with the parent/guardian.
• You must not share your account password or device access with third parties. You are responsible for all actions and transactions related to your account.
• The Company reserves the right to partially or completely suspend/close accounts found to have been opened with false information, using someone else's info, or identified as abusive.

3. Scope of Service and Changes

• Battlestrike Mobile is a constantly evolving and updated project. Game balance, features, maps, rewards, and other content may change over time.
• The Company has the right to completely shut down the game or Site, temporarily close it for maintenance, add new features, or remove existing features.
• Significant changes will be notified to Users through the Site and/or in-game announcements whenever possible.

4. Rules of Use and Prohibited Behaviors

Compliance with the following rules is expected while using Battlestrike Mobile and the Site. Violations may result in sanctions such as warnings, temporary/permanent account closure, or content deletion.

4.1. General Rules of Use

• Avoid content and behaviors that violate legislation, general morality, and ethics.
• Use respectful and non-insulting language toward other players.
• Do not transfer or sell your account or in-game gains through illegal means.
• Do not abuse the game or Site with spam, advertisements, or promotional messages.

4.2. Technically and Security-Wise Prohibited Behaviors

• Using third-party software such as cheats, bots, macros, scripts, mods, hacks, etc.
• Unauthorized modification of game files or reverse engineering.
• Attempting attacks that overload the server or disrupt the service.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

5. Virtual Products, Payments, and Refunds

All products purchased within the Battlestrike Mobile ecosystem are classified as digital content / in-game virtual products.

• Purchased products do not require physical delivery; they consist of virtual items, currencies, packs, subscriptions, etc., defined to your account.
• All in-game purchases for Battlestrike Mobile are performed only via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Sensitive card information is not seen or stored by Rolpa Bilişim.
• As a rule, there may be no right of withdrawal/refund for digital content that is performed instantly and defined to your account, within the limits permitted by legislation and store policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Battlestrike Mobile game, in-game designs, graphics, logos, texts, codes, and all content on the Site are protected under relevant legislation and belong to Rolpa Bilişim or its licensors.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
• The trademark "Rolpa Bilişim Pazarlama Yönetim Sistemleri" is registered under number 2024 098159 for Class 42 services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Battlestrike Mobile is an entertainment-oriented mobile game and digital service. The service is provided "as is", and no guarantee of uninterrupted service or specific performance is given.

• Temporary disruptions may occur due to server outages, maintenance, or third-party service provider problems.
• The Company cannot be held responsible for problems arising from the User's internet infrastructure, device hardware, or mobile operator.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• For transactions as a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the relevant monetary limits.
• For commercial transactions not qualifying as consumer acts, the courts and enforcement offices of Aydın (Efeler) are accepted as authorized.
